Refund Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Refunds are offered in circumstances of damage; the damaged item must be returned in unworn and new condition. Return-for-refund items must be approved prior to returning the item. Store credit may be offered as a refund option. Item damage claim must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package, photographic evidence must be supplied.
  •  Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item and verification that all items are accounted for and return claim is verified by the shop. Items must be returned in unworn and original/new condition. Items that contain pet or cigarette aromas will not be eligible for a return. Money will not be released until the item is received back, or the return tracking number is marked as delivered by the USPS/UPS. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged upon receipt.
  • All items mailed back to the seller must have a tracking number. If a tracking number is not purchased by the buyer on return of the item and package is lost in the mail, money will not be refunded. Replaced orders will be replaced as originally ordered only. If a change in the original order is requested the buyer is responsible for purchasing a new listing.
  • No refunds or exchanges on custom or made-to-order items.
  • IMPORTANT: No refunds or exchanges on any order where the client fails to read the entire item description. At the time of purchase, clients acknowledge that they have read the item description and all shop policies. 
  • No refund or exchanges on part of customer error. 
  • If there are questions on details about the order, customer must email Reclaimed Haven, LLC at reclaimedhaven2024@gmail.com prior to ordering. Customer will be notified how to order to ensure the correct details are listed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Please submit your cancellation request to reclaimedhaven2024@gmail.com.
  • Full Refunds are only available if:
    • Materials have not been purchased for the order
    • Order/designing has not been started yet.
  • Partial Refunds
    • If an order has already been started or materials have already been purchased at the time of cancellation, deductions will be made to the total refund price to cover the costs.
    • This includes: purchasing designs, purchasing materials, time for creating requested designs.
  • Reclaimed Haven, LLC reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer fails to provide required information to complete the order. Material costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  • Reclaimed Haven, LLC will not be responsible for any missed event dates due to the customer not supplying required information to complete and ship the order in a timely manner.
